However, at certain times, the color of the items displayed may not represent the actual item, cause color which may be due to color lighting, photography lighting. As such, the items color may not represent 100% similarity to that of the pictures displayed. |

Canceling Orders |

- Canceling orders -Before delivery:
If an order is cancelled before delivery, no fee will be charged.
- Canceling orders ( during shipment and After received)
We do not allow any cancellation of the order when the product has been shipped out.
No refund will be allowed.
Refund & replacement not allow except our product is out of stock, there is defects in the product and wrong color, wrong design and wrong size are given by us.

Return Product |

Before returning items to us, Kindly read the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before mailing any items back to us.
- Contact Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days of the receipt of your items. We only accept products in their original condition.
- Once the product sold will not be returned or exchanged, except if there is a defects, wrong color, wrong design and wrong size. Delivery charge will be waived by us. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund/ replacement. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor or photography lighting )
- If you are returning or exchanging dresses or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

- Sizing or Fitting Issues
- Color different due to lighting and display monitor
- Overdue product – return product after 14 days of the receipt of your items.

Refund & replacement: |

We allow when:
- The product is out of stock
- There is the defect in the product.
- The wrong color, wrong design and wrong size which given by us.
*Other refund or replacement not due to above, would not be allowed.
Customer can choose the refund amount via bank transfer or exchange with other product. The delivery fee will be free.
